Regex denial of service vulnerability in codesample plugin

Summary

### Impact A regex denial of service (ReDoS) vulnerability was discovered in a dependency of the `codesample` plugin. The vulnerability allowed poorly formed ruby code samples to lock up the browser while performing syntax highlighting.
