Summary

Flower before 2.2.0 contains a cross-site request forgery flaw (CWE-352) because Tornado xsrf_cookies is disabled and the OAuth session cookie lacks SameSite. An attacker can lure an authenticated user to a malicious page that sends POST requests to the worker shutdown, pool restart and task revoke endpoints, shutting down Celery workers, resizing pools and revoking tasks.
