Summary
The cyttsp5 input driver in the Linux kernel from 6.2 copies a HID report size into a fixed-size buffer without first clamping it. The size comes from the device, so an oversized value makes the copy write past the end of the buffer. A malicious or faulty device can supply that value.

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved: Input: cyttsp5 - clamp the HID report size before memcpy The size field comes from the device and is used as the memcpy() length into response_buf, which is CY_MAX_INPUT bytes.
