Summary
ImageMagick versions before 6.9.13-57 and from 7.0.0 before 7.1.2-32 are affected. A missing end-of-file check while reading bzip2 compressed image data causes an infinite loop (CWE-835). A remote attacker without privileges or user interaction can exhaust processing resources, causing a denial of service.
