Summary
Brocade Fabric OS versions before 9.2.2d and 10.0.0 through 10.0.0a1 are affected. The WebTools administrative interface does not neutralize special elements in parameter strings used during configuration download or file transfer operations, which allows OS command injection (CWE-78). An authenticated user with permission to perform configuration downloads using remote server profiles can run arbitrary shell commands on the switch with root privileges.
