Summary

JeecgBoot through 3.9.5 contains a missing authorization flaw (CWE-862) that lets any authenticated user transfer tenant ownership through the POST /sys/tenant/changeOwenUserTenant endpoint. A low-privileged attacker can supply userId and tenantId values to reassign any tenant's owner to a member, including themselves, and remove the legitimate owner. A public proof-of-concept exploit is linked in the references.
