Summary
ImageMagick on Windows through 7.1.2-33 and 6.9.13-58 has an uncontrolled search path flaw (CWE-427) in its Ghostscript launch code. When Ghostscript is unregistered, the code starts gswin64c.exe by bare name, so a file with that name in the working directory is run. A local attacker with no privileges can plant such a file, and its code runs with ImageMagick privileges when a user converts a PDF, PostScript, or EPS file. An exploit is linked in the references.
