Summary

ConvertX through 0.19.0 contains an arbitrary file read flaw because src/converters/pandoc.ts runs Pandoc without the --sandbox flag. An authenticated user with low privileges can upload a reStructuredText document with an include directive naming an absolute path, then download the converted output containing that file's contents.
