Summary

LLMGateway through 1.20.0 contains a blind server-side request forgery flaw in the video-generation callback_url extension (CWE-918). An attacker holding an API key can supply loopback, private or cloud-metadata URLs that the worker sends webhook POSTs to, because the assertSafeWebhookTarget check is not applied, reaching internal services from the worker's network.
