Summary
mistral.rs versions 0.9.0 through 0.9.4 contain a link following flaw in mistralrs-code-exec (CWE-59). Sandboxed shell code can follow symlinks to read and overwrite files outside the sandbox. An attacker or a prompt-injected agent can name symlinks as outputs or reuse sessions with symlinked input paths, reaching files with the server process's permissions. The CVSS 4.0 vector requires low privileges and no user interaction over the network.
