Summary

OTRS 7.0.X, 8.0.X, 2023.X, 2024.X, 2025.X and 2026.X before 2026.7.X do not neutralize input in OTRS Custom Pages, which is a cross-site scripting flaw (CWE-79). An OTRS administrator can enter arbitrary JavaScript into the content of a Custom Page, and the application stores it and runs it in the browser of users who open that page.
