Summary

jshERP through 3.6 contains a mass assignment flaw (CWE-915) in the UserController update handler. The handler accepts protected fields such as tenant_id and password from user input. An authenticated user with low privileges can overwrite these fields to switch into another tenant on next login or to overwrite other users' password hashes for account takeover. A public exploit is linked in the references.
