Summary

Open WebUI from 0.11.0 before 0.11.4 contains an information disclosure flaw in which authenticated non-admin users with tool export permission can obtain the source code of read-only shared tools. The GET /api/v1/tools/export endpoint returns the full Python source, exposing embedded API keys and credentials. An attacker needs only a low-privileged account with tool export permission and no user interaction.
