Summary

Frappe ERPNext before 15.112.0 and from 16.0.0-beta.1 before 16.23.0 has a server-side request forgery flaw (CWE-918) in a configuration field. The field, writable by common operational roles, accepts an arbitrary outbound request destination without validation. An authenticated user with low privileges can point it at hosts of their choosing, making the server send requests to internal addresses reachable only from inside the deployment's network.
