Summary

Froxlor before 2.3.14 contains an insecure direct object reference in the email template editor (admin_templates.php). The mail body is fetched by mailbodyid without an ownership check against the requesting admin, which is CWE-639. An authenticated reseller admin can pair their own subjectid with other mailbodyid values to read email templates belonging to other admins, including the full administrator's templates.
