Summary

Commvault Cloud from 11.46.0 through 11.46.39, 11.44.0 through 11.44.24, 11.40.0 through 11.40.77 and 11.36.0 through 11.36.126, and Grid(HSX) CVFS from 5.0.1.0 through 5.0.14.4, are affected. CVFS lacks an authentication check on a critical function that runs commands (CWE-306). An unauthenticated attacker on an adjacent network can run commands and fully compromise confidentiality, integrity and availability.
