Summary

Microsoft Windows 10 Version 21H2 and 22H2 and Windows 11 versions 23H2, 24H2, 25H2, 26H1 and 26H2 contain a flaw in the Windows Broadcast DVR User Service. A time-of-check time-of-use race condition (CWE-367) lets the service act on a resource that changes after it was checked. An authorized local attacker with low privileges can gain higher privileges.
