Microsoft .NET 10.0 from 10.0.0 before 10.0.403 and .NET 11.0 from 11.0.0-preview.1 before 11.0.100-rc.3 are affected, as are Visual Studio builds and ASP.NET Core WebAssembly packages. Improper control of code generation (CWE-94) lets an attacker inject code that the framework executes. An unauthenticated remote attacker can execute code, but a user must interact with the application first.
