Summary
Roo Code through 3.54.0 contains a command approval bypass in getCommandDecision() that lets attackers auto-approve denied shell commands by prefixing them with a bare >& redirect. An attacker using indirect prompt injection can make the allowlist match a redirect target such as echo while the shell runs the denied command on the developer machine, classified as CWE-436 (Interpretation Conflict). A public exploit is linked in the references.
