Summary

Report One MyReport Updater through 2.1.1 exposes an unauthenticated gRPC service on TCP port 9095 (CWE-306). A remote attacker can invoke the UpdateConfigReferent method to redirect the SYSTEM updater to a malicious reference server. That server supplies modified module archives with matching MD5 digests, which lets the attacker write files and execute code as SYSTEM. The CVSS 4.0 base score is 9.2.
