Summary
The sdbootutil component in SUSE Linux Enterprise Server 16.1, SUSE Linux Enterprise Server for NVIDIA 16.1 and openSUSE Leap 16.1 passes the PIN or recovery key as arguments to qrencode when it displays a QR code. This exposes credentials in the command line, which is a form of insufficiently protected credentials (CWE-522). A local user with no privileges can read the PIN or recovery key from /proc while qrencode runs.

Description from the CNA
There are two invocations of `qrencode` to display a QR code for scanning. These invocations leak the private data $pin / $key via /proc accessible for arbitrary low-privileged users in the system.
