Summary

Netgate pfSense CE from 2.3.0 through 2.9.0 contains a stored cross-site scripting flaw in the separator color field (CWE-79). An authenticated user with Firewall: Rules or NAT: Port Forward privileges can submit a crafted color value that is rendered unencoded, so injected scripts run in administrators' browsers and perform WebGUI actions with their privileges. A public exploit is linked in the references.
