Summary
Arkon through 0.9.2 from nduckmink has a missing authorization flaw in GET /api/wiki/graph, classified as CWE-639. The endpoint does not check scope, so an authenticated employee with only wiki:read:own_dept permission can supply a foreign slug. That lets the attacker read page slugs, titles, types and link edges up to depth 3 of other departments' wiki pages.
