The TrueBooker Appointment Booking WordPress plugin from 1.1.9 before 1.3.0 does not check user capabilities on one of its setup handlers. The token it does check is issued to unauthenticated visitors, so an unauthenticated remote attacker can overwrite the plugin's entire configuration and discard any settings they do not supply.
