Summary
Oracle JD Edwards EnterpriseOne Tools versions 9.2.0.0 through 9.2.26.5 contain an improper access control flaw in the Installation Security component. A local attacker with logon to the infrastructure where the product runs, and no privileges, can compromise the product, but the attack is difficult and requires action by another person. Successful exploitation can allow unauthorized creation, deletion or modification of critical data, unauthorized read access to a subset of data, and a hang or repeatable crash of the product. The CVSS 3.1 vector is CVSS:3.1/AV:L/AC:H/PR:N/UI:R/S:U/C:L/I:H/A:H.
