Summary
Oracle Siebel CRM Integration versions from 25.12 through 26.9 are affected. The flaw is an improper access control weakness (CWE-284) in the Open Integration component. An unauthenticated remote attacker can reach the product over HTTP, but a successful attack requires a user other than the attacker to interact with it. Exploitation can change the scope of impact to other products and allows unauthorized updates, inserts and deletes to some accessible data, as well as unauthorized reads of a subset of that data.
