Summary
Oracle Database Server versions 23.4.0 through 23.26.3 are affected by a flaw in the RDBMS component. Improper access control (CWE-284) lets a low-privileged attacker who holds the Create Session privilege compromise RDBMS over network access through Oracle Net. The attack can also significantly impact additional products, and successful attacks can expose critical data or all RDBMS-accessible data.
