Summary

Oracle REST Data Services versions from 24.2.0 through 26.1.0 contain an improper access control flaw (CWE-284). An unauthenticated remote attacker over HTTP can exploit it, but exploitation is difficult and requires a person other than the attacker to interact. Successful attacks can allow unauthorized creation, modification or deletion of critical data and unauthorized read access to a subset of accessible data, and can significantly impact other products because the scope changes.
