Summary

Oracle Secure Backup versions 19.1.0.0.0 and 19.1.0.1.0 are affected. The Backup and Restore component consumes resources without limit (CWE-400), so the product can hang or crash. An unauthenticated attacker with network access over TCP can cause a complete denial of service, and the impact can extend to additional products.
