Summary
Oracle's advisory covers the OIDC component of Helidon, the Java microservices framework in Oracle Fusion Middleware, in versions 4.0.0 through 4.5.5 and 27.0.0. An unauthenticated attacker with network access over HTTP can exploit it, but only with action from a user other than the attacker. A successful attack can reach other products through a scope change, giving unauthorized read access to critical data or full read access to all Helidon-accessible data, plus limited unauthorized update, insert and delete access. The CVSS 3.1 base score is 6.9 (MEDIUM), with high confidentiality and low integrity impact, and CISA has not added it to KEV or listed an exploit link.
