An improper access control flaw (CWE-284) lets a low-privileged remote attacker over HTTP compromise the product, requiring a user other than the attacker to interact. Successful attacks can cause unauthorized update, insert or delete of some accessible data, and unauthorized read of a subset of that data, with impact extending to other products because of a scope change.
