Summary
The Translate WordPress with Weglot 2.0 WordPress plugin before 6.4.3 does not escape URLs it re-inserts into a page when rewriting links for a translated language, and it reverses encoding applied to them beforehand (CWE-79). This lets unauthenticated users store a payload that runs in the browser of anyone who views the page in a translated language. A user must visit the affected translated page for the payload to run.
