Summary
Trigger.dev from 4.5.0 before 4.6.2 has an improper authorization flaw in the PUT snapshot-url session endpoint. Holders of a public session token can obtain presigned S3 write URLs, because the route lacks a secret-key-only check (CWE-863). An end user with a session token can overwrite their own session's durable chat snapshot and forge the agent's conversation history.
