Summary
Eclipse KeyPont - GOSE from 0.7.3 through 0.13.0-rc1 is affected. The CheckConsistency check for duplicate key_ops entries compares every entry against every other entry, so its cost grows with the square of the entry count (CWE-407). Because the check runs on every JWK and JWKS unmarshal, an unauthenticated remote attacker can send a JWKS document under 1 MB that keeps a CPU core busy for about 15 seconds.

Description from the CNA
`jwkFields.CheckConsistency` detected duplicate `key_ops` entries with a pairwise nested loop, making validation cost grow with the **square** of the entry count. Because the check runs on every JWK and JWKS unmarshal, a modestly sized but hostile JWKS document could occupy a CPU core for many seconds.
