Summary

rathena FluxCP up to commit 98cd4b8fd83228c11b36fb3d097b8e0f7c105a8d validates the origin of PayPal IPN notifications incorrectly in verifyiprange (CWE-346). It trusts the client-supplied X-Real-IP header when checking the sender's IP range. A remote attacker without privileges can send a crafted header to affect payment notifications, with partial integrity and availability impact. A public exploit is linked in the references.
