Keil MDK-Middleware from 8.0.0 through 8.3.0 may allow an out-of-bounds read in SNMP processing because a signed to unsigned conversion error (CWE-195) lets the code read outside its buffer. A remote, unauthenticated attacker may trigger the read before authentication, with a low impact on availability.
