Summary

OpenPanel before 3.0.0 contains a SQL injection flaw in the profileColumnAccess function in cohort.service.ts, where profile filter column names are not escaped. An authenticated user with project-read membership can inject SQL through a cohort.preview filter name (CWE-89), which lets them read other tenants' ClickHouse data. The exploit is not in CISA KEV and no public exploit link is listed in the references.
