Summary

MrDoc through 1.1.1 contains a broken access control flaw in the manage_doc_share function because share updates lack an ownership check (CWE-639). An authenticated user with low privileges can modify other users' document share settings, re-enable disabled shares or remove access codes, which exposes private documents. The share tokens are predictable, so they can be derived without access to the shares themselves.

Description from the CNA

MrDoc through 1.1.1 contains a broken access control vulnerability in the manage_doc_share type 3 branch that allows authenticated users to modify other users' document share settings because updates lack an ownership check.
