Summary
PostgreSQL Anonymizer from DALIBO, from 1 before 3.3.0, lets statistics about the original data remain visible after static masking. The statistics stay in pg_stats until an ANALYZE runs on the table, either manually or through autovacuum, which is tracked as CWE-202. A user who can read pg_stats can see information derived from the unmasked data, and the CVSS 3.1 vector shows that the attacker needs low privileges and no user interaction over the network.
