Summary
AxonHub through 1.0.0-beta11 is affected. Service account API key creation does not validate the requested scopes, so project users can grant themselves system-level scopes (CWE-266). An attacker holding write_api_keys can create a key with read_channels and use it on /admin/graphql to read every channel's configuration, including base URLs and model lists.
