Summary
Netpbm before 10.86.51, 11.02.30, and 11.15.08 contains an integer overflow in winicontopam. An attacker can supply a crafted ICO/CUR icon with a width or height above 32767, which wraps int16_t loop counters into negative row buffer indices and corrupts heap memory. The result is a crash or potential code execution. The CVSS 4.0 base score is 8.5 (HIGH), and the weakness is CWE-190, Integer Overflow or Wraparound.

Description from the CNA
Netpbm before 10.86.51, 11.02.30, and 11.15.08 contains an integer overflow vulnerability in winicontopam that allows attackers to corrupt heap memory via oversized ICO/CUR dimensions. Attackers can supply a crafted icon file with width or height above 32767, wrapping int16_t loop counters into negative row buffer indices to cause crashes or potential code execution.
