Summary
WSO2 API Manager from 4.1.0, WSO2 API Control Plane from 4.5.0, and the WSO2 Identity Server Key Manager Connector (apim-km-wso2is) before 1.8.8 are affected. The flaw is missing authorization (CWE-862) in deployments where WSO2 Identity Server is the Resident Key Manager with database sharing. A self-registered user can obtain a token from the Identity Server token endpoint and gain access to the System REST APIs of WSO2 API Manager.
