The Essential Real Estate WordPress plugin before 5.3.5 does not check authorization in one of its AJAX actions (CWE-862). The action does not verify that a listing package selected for free activation is free or that the requesting user is entitled to it. A remote attacker with a self-registered customer account can activate a paid package without payment, and the site records a paid invoice at the package's full price.
