Summary
OpenEMR before 8.3.0 exposes its multisite administration page admin.php without an authentication check. An unauthenticated network attacker can read site identifiers, database names, site names, exact OpenEMR versions and patch levels, pending upgrade status, and direct login and patient-portal links, as the page reads database configuration and connects to each configured site database (CWE-306, CWE-200).
