Summary
The Event Tickets with Ticket Scanner WordPress plugin before 3.1.14 does not check that a user may manage WooCommerce orders before returning or removing ticket data for an order. An authenticated attacker with low privileges, from any role granted access to the plugin's admin area down to Subscriber, can view other customers' ticket codes and names and remove tickets from their orders. This is an incorrect authorization flaw (CWE-863). A public exploit is linked in the references.
