Summary

CGM CLININET versions through 2026.MS3 are affected, and later versions may also be vulnerable. The rsyncd service grants access based solely on the client's source IP address, so it does not verify the connecting party (CWE-290). An unauthenticated remote attacker who can spoof an allowed IP address can bypass this check and gain the ability to edit files on the affected system.
