Summary

CordysCRM from 0 through 1.9.3 by 1Panel-dev lacks a PROCESS_SETTING permission check on the webhook test endpoint, so any authenticated user can make the server send requests to attacker-supplied URLs (CWE-862). An attacker can redirect GET requests from a host they control to bypass the SSRF validator and probe internal addresses, learning from success or failure results. Exploitation is blind and the exploit is linked in the references, but the flaw is not listed in CISA KEV.
