Summary
Grav Login plugin from 2.7.0 before 3.9.9 contains an authentication bypass that lets attackers skip two-factor authentication. An attacker with a valid password obtains a persistent remember-me cookie after the password step and restores it as a fully authorized session without completing the second factor. The attacker needs only low privileges and no user interaction over the network.
