Summary
Frappe ERPNext before 15.119.0 and from 16.0.0-beta.1 before 16.31.0 contains a missing authorization flaw (CWE-862) in certain endpoints. These endpoints do not check that the caller may read a document before sending transactional email about it. An authenticated attacker with low privileges can call these endpoints over the network to trigger transactional email for documents they are not permitted to read.
