Grafana Enterprise and Grafana OSS from 12.0.0 through 12.3.11, from 12.4.0 before 12.4.13, from 13.0.0 before 13.0.11, from 13.1.0 before 13.1.8 and from 13.2.0 before 13.2.4 are affected. The Prometheus rule conversion API endpoints do not limit request body size (CWE-770). An authenticated user can send requests that trigger unbounded memory allocation and crash the server through out-of-memory conditions.
